New BA Premium Check-in Area at JFK

British Airways is to modernise its Club World and First Class check-in areas at New York JFK. The new look concourse will be created over the next few months and will provide a calm and relaxed area that is reminiscent of a hotel lobby. Facilities include more comfortable seating and space for premium customers to prepare before check-in.

British Airways operates from Terminal 7 at New York JFK and has recently begun work on the refurbishment, with plans for it to be complete by late August / early September 2011. While work is carried out, some areas of the concourse will be closed off, but the airline will try to limit any disruption to your journey.

Terminal 7 at New York JFK is currently leased by British Airways, although it is also used by Oneworld carriers including Cathay Pacific, Iberia and Qantas, as well as Star Alliance members United Airlines, US Airways and All Nippon Airlines.
